Refund & Service Terms

These terms describe how ShopWest Services ("we", "us") provides digital marketing services purchased through shopwestservicesonline.com or by direct agreement, and our policy on cancellations, refunds, and disputes.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, TikTok advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing (by proposal, invoice, or email) before work begins.

2. Fees and Billing

• Service fees are billed as agreed in your proposal — typically monthly in advance for ongoing management, or as a fixed fee for one-time projects.
• Advertising spend (paid to Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) is separate from our service fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are stated in the currency shown on your invoice.

3. Cancellation

• Ongoing monthly services may be cancelled at any time with written notice (email to info@shopwestservicesonline.com is sufficient) before your next billing date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; work already delivered in that period remains payable.
• We may pause or end an engagement with notice if fees are unpaid or account access needed to perform the work is not provided.

4. Refunds

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we have started work on a paid period or project, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee for that period or project.
• After work has begun: because our services involve professional time and deliverables, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Where a paid period is partially delivered, we may issue a pro-rata refund or credit at our reasonable discretion.
• Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta, TikTok, or other platforms is charged by those platforms and is not refundable by us.
• Results disclaimer: marketing performance depends on many factors outside any agency's control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales, and refunds are not provided on the basis of campaign performance alone.

To request a refund, email info@shopwestservicesonline.com with your name, invoice details, and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Disputes

If you are unhappy with any charge, please contact us first at info@shopwestservicesonline.com — we resolve almost all billing questions quickly and amicably. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of services while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, websites, and materials reasonably needed to deliver the services.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, trademarks, and offers you ask us to promote.
• Advertising accounts, domains, and data remain your property at all times.
